What is TONTRIA for Management?
Artist management software for music managers and management companies: shows and booking with settlements, payments and invoicing, brand deals, a unified calendar, releases, content and press, organized by artist.
What app does a music manager use to make content for all their artists?
One that keeps each artist's brand separate and lets your team join. For short videos (clips for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, lyric videos and Canvas), the TONTRIA Clips Label plan is built for labels, managers and teams: up to 5 members, separate brand kits per artist and 1,500 credits per month. In TONTRIA for Management, content is made with TONTRIA Clips and uses credits. See the TONTRIA Clips team plan.
How do shared settlements work?
You build the settlement for a show (income, costs, commission and net) and share it through a private link. The artist or their accountant sees the same numbers, without needing an account.
Is it for one manager or a company?
Both. A solo manager with two artists and a company with a team and a large roster use the same tool; the quote changes with your size.
How much does it cost?

Does it replace my accounting software?
No. TONTRIA tracks what each show and deal earns, what's owed and what you paid each artist. Your accountant keeps the company's books; you can share the numbers with them.
What does the AI do, and does it cost extra?
The AI agents help you prepare pitches for brands and promoters, plan releases and write detailed reports. They use AI credits that are part of your plan, set in your quote; everything else doesn't. Nothing is sent without your OK. Read our guide: How AI is changing music management.
What language is the app in?
The app is in Spanish today, with English on the way. Setup and support are in English or Spanish.
Is my data safe?
Each company works in its own private workspace, and each artist only sees what you share. We don't sell your data.
